Aged Care Industry IT Council Mentoring Program

In November 2019, Global Community Resourcing (GCR) coordinated the Aged Care Industry Information Technology Council (ACIITC) Mentoring Program Project Launch.

The Project was launched at Old Parliament House in Canberra by the Federal Minister for Aged Care and Older Australians, Senator the Hon Richard Colbeck.

The Aged Care Industry IT Council Mentoring Program aims to bring together like-minded individuals to work towards building the innovative and technological capacity of the community and aged care sectors in Australia. This exciting program pairs industry experts (mentors) with people wanting to learn more (mentees) to continue to develop the workforce within these sectors.

The program will explore several areas including planning investment in technology, digital strategies, cybersecurity practice and building networks and relationships in the sector.
