Our team is made up of highly skilled professionals from a wide array of disciplines, including executive leadership, service management, policy development, allied health, project management, legal, and technological expertise.
Anne Livingstone
Director of Projects & Research
Anne Livingstone has been Director of Projects and Research for Global Community Resourcing since 2010. Anne has over 35 years’ experience in the primary health care and community service sector, particularly focused on community-based care. She worked early in her career directly in the areas of service management, service development, policy reform and research. Her former role was with a state peak industry association during which time she held several national and international industry representation roles.

Emma Azzopardi
Special Projects Manager
Emma Azzopardi brings a wealth of experience from diverse sectors such as residential and community aged care, child protection, tertiary education, and not-for-profit organisations. Throughout her career, she has cultivated a robust skill set encompassing administration, information technology, project management, human resources, event coordination, reporting, research, and grant writing.

Skyla Blair
Events and Project Assistant
Skyla is the Events and Project Assistant at Global Community Resourcing. Skyla has worked in our team for seven years in various roles. She brings to the team previous experience in a National Franchise Company in events management teamwork. She is currently undertaking studies in Business, Leadership and Management, and in International Events Coordination.

Emma Johnson
Events and Project Assistant
Emma joined the Global Community Resourcing Team in 2024 and has been involved in several major events and projects undertakings from this time. Emma has a social science research background and is passionate about the delivery of high quality and evidence-based approaches to individuals. She is particularly interested in playing her part to ensure that indigenous and marginalised groups and individuals receive support that is appropriate and specialised. In previous roles Emma has worked in large scale events coordination and is a very active member of her local community. Emma is in her final stages of studies in both Sociology and History at the University of Queensland.

Michaela Brickley
Project Assistant - Digital
Michaela joined GCR late 2024 as a casual Project Assistant - Digital, following her successful internship with us as part of her Bachelor of Business, majoring in Public Relations, and Bachelor of Communication, majoring in Entertainment Industries at QUT, which she recently graduated with.
Michaela undertakes a variety of public relations, event coordination, marketing, and social media roles within GCR, which allows her to make meaningful contributions to the community.
