About Presentation

Title: AI and Business Transformation, How it’s Working for Community Care

While Artificial Intelligence (AI) drives global efficiency gains, the aged care sector grapples with fragmented data systems and limited information sharing. This inefficiency hinders care improvements and operational benefits, burdening staff with administrative tasks that reduce direct patient care time. The Mirus Careverse, launched in mid-2023, offers a tangible AI-powered solution to enable system collaboration, delivering efficacy gains and improved care outcomes. By integrating fragmented clinical data across care systems, Careverse addresses key challenges in aged care. Use cases include accelerating AN-ACC assessment and payment processes, leveraging AI for early detection of clinical deterioration, and providing real-time monitoring for Quality Standards compliance.
This presentation will explore the development and implementation of the Careverse unified data model, including design considerations, pilot testing, and full-scale deployment. We'll examine how this comprehensive approach enhances care quality and operational efficiency across the aged care sector, revolutionising decision-making and enabling more proactive, personalised care delivery.
