About Presentation

Title: Ethical, Moral & Legal Perspectives

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to transform community care, offering opportunities for improve health outcomes, accessibility, and efficiency. However, this use of AI also raises critical ethical, moral, and legal questions that must be addressed to ensure AI’s responsible integration into care practices. This presentation will explore these perspectives, focusing on the balance between innovation and the protection of individual rights. I will examine some of the ethical principles surrounding AI including fairness, autonomy, and beneficence, alongside moral considerations such as the impact of AI on human dignity and social justice. I will also discuss some of the challenges of regulating AI, particularly in ensuring accountability and safeguarding privacy. Through this discussion, the presentation aims to provide a comprehensive framework for understanding the complex interplay of ethics, morality, and law in the context of AI in community care.
