Professor Richard Harding is a seasoned digital enabler and Programme Manager with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. He specialises in leveraging the Hartree Centre's AI, Quantum, and High-Performance Computing (HPC) capabilities for public sector and industry advancements. With a strong background in Business Planning, Coaching, Management, Healthcare, and Digital Innovation, Professor Harding is an expert in Models of Technology Adoption and scale-up. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Assistive Technology from Coventry University and has worked with Academic Health Science Networks, NHS Digital, NHS Vanguards, universities, and local authorities.
